Grace and peace to you my friends,
" Shout for joy to God, all the earth;
sing the glory of his name;
give to him glorious praise!
Say to God, “How awesome are your deeds!
So great is your power that your enemies come cringing to you.
All the earth worships you
and sings praises to you;
they sing praises to your name.” Selah
Psalm 66:1-4 ESV
Do you long for Christ's return? Is there any joyful expectation in your heart for the day when these verses are literally true. Oh what a glorious day when all the earth bows in joyous worship of the one true God.
Friends, let me encourage you today to give serious thought to our future? Spend a few moments trying to imagine what it will be like when we all stand together singing praise. "Shout for joy to God, all the earth; sing the glory of his name;" as we all "Say to God, “How awesome are your deeds!"
My hope and prayer this morning is that your heart and mine would swell with renewed longing for that glorious coming day. By the grace of God, come Lord Jesus, come. We eagerly await your return.
