and his courts with praise!
Give thanks to him; bless his name!

Christmas, what better time of year to dwell on the idea of joy. Friends, Christ has not invited us to a relationship of hardship, pain and frustration. All throughout the Bible we are commanded to be joyful, to seek it and to share it. Fellowship with our all sufficient savior can only result in a life filled and flowing with joy.

Joy in God and all that He is for us in Christ Jesus is great measure of our faith. The closer we grow to our savior, the more reason we have to be full of joy. The stronger and deeper our faith and hope in His Word, the more reason we have to be full of joy.

My friends, how is your joy? Is it full, then praise God for His faithfulness. Is it lacking, then praise God for His mercy and grace because His arms are always open inviting us to grow closer to Him.
