Grace and peace to you my friends,
" As for me, I shall behold your face in righteousness;
when I awake, I shall be satisfied with your likeness."
Psalm 17:15 ESV
Dear friends, when you sit at death's door some day, will you be satisfied in Jesus? Will you be satisfied, knowing that His righteousness has covered you and you are finally moments away from beholding His face? Beloved Children, are you confident that when you awake on the other side from the sleep of death, that Jesus will be all that you have dreamed and hoped for?
Let us go to the King of Glory in prayer and seek His grace, that He would fill our hearts with renewed desire and longing for the beauty of his face and the glory of his likeness. Not only that we would be ready for that coming day when He calls us home, but that we would so desire His presence here and now as to awake each new morning proclaiming, today "I shall be satisfied with your likeness". Oh what joy would fill our days, my friends, if we would fall so in love with our Savior and King being totally satisfied with all that God is for us in the Lord Jesus Christ. He is everything.
Father God, Lord and King, by your Grace alone I pray, make it so, in us your beloved Children. Amen
Dear ones, are you truly satisfied with your Savior? Is He everything to you? Regardless of how we answer that, all of us have room to grow in our appreciation and satisfaction of all that God is for us in Jesus. May He richly bless you my friends as you seek to grow in your confidence and faith.
My Hope and Prayer for you this morning is that, like the Psalmist you might boldly proclaim,
"As for me, I shall behold your face in righteousness;
when I awake, I shall be satisfied with your likeness."
For the Joy of Your Faith,
Teagan
